The Software may interact with third-party services:

• Ollama - Runs locally (ollama.com)
• AI Models - Downloaded once, run locally
• User-configured APIs - Only if you explicitly set them up

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy.

5. Website Analytics

Our website (nexxex.com) may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand visitor patterns. We use:

• No cookies for tracking
• No personal information collection
• Aggregate statistics only

6. Children's Privacy

IVA is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Data Security

Since your data stays local:

• You control your own security
• We recommend keeping your OS updated
• Use device encryption for sensitive data
